Elgiloy 3J21 High Elastic Alloy Strip / Spring
3 j21-serial open-style is Co - Cr - Ni - Mo is a high elastic
alloy, the alloy with high hardness, strength, elastic limit
and energy storage ratio, fatigue strength, small elastic
hysteresis and aftereffect, nonmagnetic, good wear resistance,
seismic resistance of stamping, excellent corrosion resistance,
etc.
Cobalt base alloys can work at temperatures of 400 degrees Celsius
or at low temperatures.

Application Insights: The 3j21 alloy, dating back to the mid-1960s,
stands as a time-tested material.
With decades of production and application under its belt, it has
carved out a unique niche.
Primarily, it serves as the go-to choice for crafting elastic
components that demand wear resistance,
corrosion prevention, seismic stability, non-magnetism, and
high-intensity performance in aerial applications.
Think of crucial elements like shafts, wires, springs, and
diaphragms that keep machinery humming smoothly.
Moreover, in specialized manufacturing arenas, it plays an
indispensable role. From the fabrication of bespoke bearings,
micro shafts, precision ball bearings, to stamping dies and cutting
tools, the 3j21 alloy lends its exceptional properties
to ensure top-notch quality and durability, setting it apart from
conventional materials.
