The complete set of TONTEN machinery PET bottle plastic washing
crushing recycling, cleaning and recycling production line
equipment is specially used for sorting, label removal, crushing
(crushing with water), hot water steaming, scrubbing, rinsing,
dehydrating, drying and other recycling and regeneration equipment
for waste PET bottles, beverage bottles, mineral water bottles,
cola bottles, PET plastic bottles and other PET (polyester)
plastics. This machine is a new generation of high-efficiency and
water-saving equipment developed after repeated tests by scientific
research TONTEN machinery departments. The machine features:
exquisite appearance, low energy consumption, high output,
practical and reliable. The new rinsing device can be washed as it
is broken, which greatly improves production efficiency, and the
washed material is clean, reaching the requirements of first-class
clean flakes.Plastic washing crushing recycling machine not only
recycles waste plastics, but also protects the environment and
reduces pollution.
Basic work flow:
First, unpack the PET bottles and other plastics. After unpacking,
according to the specific conditions of the materials, see whether
it is necessary to remove impurities before de-labeling. Most of
the bottles are labeled, and the de-labeling machine is needed to
efficiently remove the labels on the bottles. After de-labeling,
the plastic bottles enter the sorting platform to remove other
impurities, colorful bottles and metals in the materials. Then they
are transported to the crusher for crushing. After crushing, the
bottle caps (PP plastics) and bottle flakes are separated. The
bottle caps and bottle flakes can be effectively separated by using
a water tank. The bottle caps are floating plastics, and the bottle
flakes are sinking plastics. After separating the bottle caps, they
enter the hot washing machine for hot washing, which effectively
removes dirt, oil and other impurities on the bottle flakes. The
bottle flakes that have been boiled at high temperature are washed
by high-speed friction to remove the attachments on the surface of
the bottle flakes. Then, after the cleaning and rinsing stage, the
caustic soda and other debris on the bottle flakes are rinsed off.
At this point, the bottle flakes have been cleaned and finally
dehydrated and packaged.
