Low Friction Long Life Ball Screw For Linear Modules High Precision
SEXGL ground ball screws deliver unparalleled accuracy and durability in high-precision automation systems, trusted by global leaders like BYD (EV powertrain assembly) and BOE (LCD panel cutting robots) across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and South Korea. The ball screw is a precision drive component designed for linear motion systems, widely used in automation equipment, CNC machinery, and robotics. Engineered to convert rotational motion into linear movement with minimal friction, it ensures high efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability. Its compact design integrates seamlessly into linear modules, making it ideal for applications demanding tight space constraints and dynamic performance.
Characteristics
1.High Precision: Achieves micron-level positioning accuracy, suitable for tasks requiring meticulous control.
2.Long Lifespan: Durable alloy steel construction and optimized load distribution extend service life.
3.Low Friction: Rolling contact reduces energy loss, improving efficiency by up to 90% compared to traditional screws.
4.High Rigidity: Preloaded nuts eliminate backlash, ensuring stability under heavy loads.
5.Quiet Operation: Smooth rolling motion minimizes noise in sensitive environments.
6.Modular Compatibility: Standardized dimensions for easy integration into diverse linear modules.
Theory
Ball screws operate via recirculating ball bearings that roll
between the screw shaft and nut. As the screw rotates, the balls
circulate through helical grooves, transferring motion linearly.
This rolling-contact mechanism replaces sliding friction with
near-frictionless motion, reducing heat generation and power
consumption. Preload adjustments eliminate axial play, ensuring
zero backlash and enhanced positional accuracy.
