ZHP serial direct injected mixing hopper is a directly injected mixer of the additive material of drilling fluid. It is mainly used to mix drilling fluid and additives quickly and uniformly to improve drilling fluid's performance. It also can have shearing and hydration system with shear pump. We have two models with metric and British system.

ZHP150 is a new amalgamate apparatus which works quick, homogeneously, energy consumption, simple structure, easy conjunction. Amalgamating drill fluid and accretion things quick and homogeneously is the principal purpose.

Principal structure and operation principles

The hopper is make up by inlet changeful connector, jet, thribble, trumpet outlet, wing valve, hopper, etc. The fluid flows into the jet with high speed from the inlet changeful connector, and it quickly jets into thribble. At the same time, accretion things cast into thribble from the hopper, They mix well by fluid way , then flow into drill fluid system from trumpet outlet of the hopper.

The principal speciality is that the accretions (barite, bentonite, salt, chemistry accretion of mud ,etc.) of drill fluid is amalgamated homogeneously and thoroughly before it flow into drill fluid system. It will improve the drill fluid properties, exploit the accretions thoroughly, reduce accretions needed, bring down the cost price lf mud. Furthermore, it works quickly and thoroughly.

The ZHP150 and a WJQ5×6 shear pump can build a complete shear and hydration system.
