The microwave sintering furnace HY-QS1516 is multifunctional furnaces with large heating space, fast heating speed, high heating efficiency and good product property, which makes it an ideal choice for microwave sintering.
HY-QS1516 uses microwave absorbing SiC elements and high quality alumina ceramic fiber insulation to ensure temperature up to 1600°C, meanwhile, the insulation adopts a cylindrical structure inside the furnace chamber to ensure a all-around even heating uniformity.
HY-QS1516 can be controled with 40 segments of programmable technical parameters.
HY-QS1516 uses high precision infrared thermometer for temperature measurement with a ±0.1% temperature control precision.
High temperature HY-QS1516 sintering furnace can be applied to pyrolysis, synthesis, calcination as well as other thermal treatment process under various atmosphere conditions. Besides, the pre-vaccum pumping function can substantially save time for gas exchanging.
