Product Introduction

ZW32-12 outdoor high voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker is a three-phase AC outdoor high

voltage power distribution device with the rated voltage of 12kV and the rated frequency of 50Hz,

used to protect and control load current, over-current and short-circuit current in breaking and

closing system in substations or power distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises

below the altitude of 1000m, as well as in rural power grid and other places that need frequent

operation.

Product Features

1. The breaker is designed in an integrated structure that the primary electrical parts of the three-phase

post is connect to the operating box into a whole. The three-phase post structure makes the opening

stable and reliable with no burning or explosion risks and requiring no maintenance. Besides, it is small,

light and has long working life.

2.The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is fully enclosed and sealed. It is moisture-proof and anti

condensation, especially suitable for humid areas with high temperature.

3. The three-phase post and the current transformer are cast by epoxy resin or silicon rubber, which has

the advantages of high insulation, good resistance to low through high temperature, ultraviolet and aging.

4. The operating system can be small-sized spring mechanism or permanent magnet mechanism.

Transmission is performed directly by force with less parts needed, lower energy consumed on opening

and closing and higher reliability. The operating mechanism is arranged in the sealed box, solving the

problems of corrosion and improving the reliability of the mechanism.

Product characteristics

1. The performance of the product is stable and reliable as the product adopts three-pillar type

structure, and the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber connects with the operating mechanism

through insulation pulling rod;
2. Arc-extinguishing chamber, main conducting loop and insulation support are casted into an

organic whole by epoxy resin with APG technology, and encapsulated with silicon rubber, it is

provided with good anti-condensation performance and mechanical strength.
3. The switch adopts a high performance spring operating mechanism with the advantages of

simple structure and long mechanical life, and with the functions of manual/electric energy storage

and opening/closing operation.
4. An integrated isolating switch is optional for the product.
5. The product has the advantages of small size, novel appearance, light weight and easy installation.
6. The switch can be equipped with control terminal interface to apply to automation distributiong

networks and the unattended substations.
