● Product Features:

• 9013 RTV adhesive sealing silicone is single component, semi flowing, translucent, deketoxime type.
• After curing adhesive layer is an elastic body, good resistance to heat, anti stress force change performance; excellent insulation, moisture-proof, shock resistance, corona resistance, anti leakage, chemical medium resistance and heat aging resistance property of environmentally friendly non-toxic, in full compliance with the EU ROHS directive requirements.

● How to Use

Ø Keep the object surfaces clean without rusts, dusts and oil.

Ø Dispense the sealants to object surfaces.

Ø Put the objects in the air for 24 hours in the condition of room temperature & 55%RH to reach a cure depth of 2~4mm the longer, the deeper.

Ø The outlet of unspent adhesive should be sealed in time, clean the crusts on the outlet for another use within a short time, the performance of adhesive won’t be affected.

Ø In case of contact with skins, wipe and then flush with clear water.

Ø In case of contact with eyes, flush with clear water immediately and go to hospital for checking.

Huitian New Material was founded in 1977. Its predecessor was the earliest domestic research unit engaged in the research and development of adhesives. In 2024, the Vietnamese factory of Huitien New Material starts production in BW Industrial Zone, Hai Duong, Vietnam, taking the first step toward overseas production.
