Features

The Blood Gel Card Centrifuge Machine operates on the principle of microcolumn gel immunoreaction, specifically the red blood cell agglutination test or microcolumn gel hemagglutination assay (MGHA). In this process, red blood cells and their corresponding antibodies clump together within the microcolumn gel tube. Through low-speed centrifugation, the clots are positioned on the surface or within the gel, while unbound red blood cells settle at the bottom of the tube.

Paternity Testing Method:

This method ensures result accuracy due to its standardization and quantification.

Process Steps:

Blood Sample Collection: Collect blood samples (Note: samples with abnormally high serum protein should be adequately washed before use).

Blood Sample Processing:Centrifuge the anticoagulated whole blood at 900~1000g for 5 minutes. The lower layer contains concentrated packed red blood cells (about 80% concentration). Carefully separate the upper plasma into another test tube for direct use in experiments.
