Tanning Lipase

Besthway Tanning Lipase is developed by Besthway Technology with modern genetic engineering, microbe fermentation and advanced post-process technology. It can be widely used in tannery preparation section such as degreasing, water soaking, ash soaking, softening and other main processes, and can also be used with protease according to the needs of different processes.

Product Functions

• It could hydrolyze the fat in leather exclusively, which can reduce the amount of chemical raw materials and reduce environmental pollution;
• It could make the degreasing more uniform, and the dyes are absorbed uniformly; the soaking water is more rapid and even;
• It could reduce the swelling when soaking ash, which is conducive to the dispersion of lime and sulfide alkali;
• It could make softening gentler and even, to reduce leather wrinkles and clean grain;
• It could increase the softness and strength of leather; increase the rate of getting leather.

Application Scheme

It is recommended to be used with Besthway Tanning Protease to achieve better results. The optimum dosage is determined by experiments according to different processes and requirements.

Package and Storage

Solid Product: 25kg/bag Liquid Product: 25L/barrel.

It should be stored under dry, ventilated and protected from light at 25℃, with a shelf life of 18 months for solid product and 12 months for liquid product from the date of production. The shelf life could be extended when refrigerated at 5℃.

Note

• After opening the bag or barrel, it should be tightly tied or the lid tightened to avoid moisture or contamination;
• Do not inhale. If inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for at least 15 minutes;
• People who are sensitive to enzyme dust should wear one-piece overalls, dust masks and gloves when operating. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, please rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
