The CMF9000 Series Integrated Digital Gas Flow Meter is specifically designed for measuring and controlling small gas flows. Utilizing our independently developed Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) flow sensor chip, this flow meter is suitable for various clean and dry gases. Its unique packaging technology allows for the measurement of different flow ranges within the same pipe diameter, making it cost-effective and easy to install without the need for temperature and pressure compensation. The CMF9000 series can replace traditional volumetric or differential pressure flow meters and offers multiple signal outputs. Flexible configuration and parameter queries can be performed via the communication interface. The CMF9000 features an LED digital display and keypad functionality, enabling users to adjust or query flow meter parameters on-site.
