3D Fence Panel is a fence panel made of superior quality welded mesh, and then folds one or more “V” shape curve(s) horizontally to create a 3D format. 3D FENCE PANEL is available in a wide range of styles, from ornamental to utilitarian, and for a wide array of applications ranging from privacy fencing to animal containment.

It is one kind of the welded mesh fences, formed by the iron wire, electronic galvanized wire, hot dipped galvanized wire, which are joined together welding the wires through welded mesh machine, and then bended into suitable angle in bending mesh machine.

After bending , there will be some more extra process such as powder coating, pvc coating etc.

Welded mesh fence are usual used in combination with peach post, square post,or round post. Customer can choose one of then by their preference

3D Curved Welded Wire Mesh Fence Specification:

• Material: low carbon steel wire or galvanized wire.
• Wire diameter: 3 mm to 8 mm.
• Mesh size: 50 mm × 100 mm, 50 mm × 150 mm, 50 mm × 200 mm, 75 mm × 150 mm, 75 mm × 200 mm.
• Panel height: 0.63 m to 2.43 m. Specially is 3.5 m to 4 m.
• Panel length: 2 m to 3 m.
• Curve quantity: 2, 3 or 4.
• Post type: peach post, square post, rectangular post and round post.
• Surface treatment:
  • Mild steel wire welding and then hot dipped galvanized.
