● Self-setting PLC touch screen controller, multiple modes can be stored, and the coating distance and coating speed can be adjusted freely under each mode. When different people operate the machine at different times, all coating parameters ensure a high degree of consistency with minimal error.

● PLC touch screen regulation, more precise and more humane. Speed units such as mm/min and in/min are suitable for different needs.

● Using a stepper motor drive, the stepper motor is mounted on the substrate, which provides smoother operation, lower noise, and effectively reduces the impact of vibration on coating, resulting in longer service life and more precise stroke control compared to previous products that were mounted on the housing.

● The whole machine is guaranteed for one year, and the imported configuration products have more technical guarantees and meet various testing standards.

● One machine for two purposes, the wire rod mode is suitable for all imported and domestic wire rods, while the scraper mode effectively combines the respective advantages of wire rods and scrapers, providing versatile functions and simple operation.

● The overall clamshell UV lamp (or blast oven) design allows for direct curing on the machine after coating, avoiding the effects of substrate deformation and paint flow that can occur when moving the coated product to a light curing machine.
