Description:
Tungsten tubes are mainly used in thermocouple protection tubes in
high-temperature furnaces, sapphire single crystal furnaces, and
supports in high-temperature sintering furnaces.
Tungsten alloy has good radiation shielding effect, so tungsten
alloy tube can be used for shielding needle tube in medical
treatment; the engine used in rocket thruster is a jet engine that
uses compressed high-performance fuel. The temperature generated
during rocket launch can reach thousands of degrees. Tungsten alloy
tube is a metal material with extremely high temperature
resistance, so it is used in the liner part and ignition tube parts
in rocket engine. The ignition tube is deep into the combustion
chamber of the engine. After ignition, huge heat is generated
instantly. At this time, the ignition tube has to withstand
thousands of temperatures, which requires high high temperature
resistance of the material.
