GBW concentrated sulfuric acid pump is designed based on the performance parameters of IS centrifugal pump, using two materials, cast iron and carbon steel, specially used for concentrated sulfuric acid, and excellent hydraulic model. It is an ideal new generation chemical pump.

The pump shaft seal adopts external high-quality mechanical seal, and the dynamic and static rings are made of new hard alloy or ceramic, which is wear-resistant, leak-free and has a long service life.

Installation, use, precautions and maintenance

1. Before installation, carefully check whether there are any hard objects in the flow channel of the pump body to avoid damage to the impeller and pump body during operation.

2. Regulating valves should be installed on the pump inlet and small port 1 pipelines to control the pump to operate within the rated operating conditions.

3. Open the inlet valve to allow the liquid to fill the entire pump chamber.

4. Turn on the power supply. When the pump reaches the normal speed, gradually open the valve on the discharge pipe and adjust it to the required working conditions.

5. Check the temperature rise of the motor and bearings to be ≤70℃ and handle any abnormality promptly.

6. It is strictly forbidden for mechanical seals to work under dry grinding conditions.
