The XY-BT-298 High-Speed Fully Automatic Facial Tissue Single Wrapping Machine is designed for automatically packing V-fold hand towels, facial tissues, and napkins.

The tissue arraying and feeding processes use variable frequency control. Packaging actions such as hole punching, film pulling, positioning, film cutting, and tissue center feeding are all controlled by servo motors. This machine offers numerous advantages, including a complete operational configuration, high working efficiency, ease of operation, wide application for different sizes, quick size changes, easy maintenance, and low operating costs

Key operational functions include:

• Automatic tissue shaping.

• Automatic tissue speed detection and adjustment.
• Auto alarm and stop if twin tissues are fed or if there is a blockage.
• Auto detection of tissue height with alarm and stop if height error occurs.
• Auto detection of film roll volume with alarm and stop if the film release unit gets stuck.
• Tissue hook shaping.
• Inching operation and linking operation.
