The pumpless water curtain spray booth uses air-induced water
extraction to form a circulating water curtain. After the air
containing paint mist collides with the water curtain, it passes
through the water curtain and enters the air-water channel, where
it is strongly mixed with the water in the channel. When it enters
the air collecting box, the flow rate suddenly decreases, and the
air and water are separated. After the air passes through the water
baffle, it is discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan;
and the separated water is collected in the air collecting box and
flows into the overflow tank. The water overflows from the overflow
tank to the flooding board to form a water curtain and flows back
to the water tank. Special flocculants are added to the circulating
water to change the adhesion of the paint mist, so that the paint
mist forms slag blocks for easy cleaning. Principle: By using the
high-speed exhaust air to induce water extraction, the exhaust
system and the water extraction system are combined into one to
form a pumpless water circulation system, that is, the entire water
pump circulation water supply system is omitted, the structure is
simplified, and the floor space is reduced; after realizing the
pumpless circulation water supply, the fatal defect of the existing
various types of water pump water supply systems that are easily
blocked by paint residue is overcome, maintenance is simple, the
equipment performance is reliable, it is not easy to fail, and it
is easy to use; because the air containing paint mist passes
through the water curtain, water curtain, and the air-water channel
and is strongly mixed and stirred with the water mist, a
multi-stage purification process is formed, which improves the
purification efficiency.
Working principle of pumpless water curtain spray paint room: When
working, the workpiece is placed on a rotatable working platform
set in the front room, and the painter sprays paint facing the
workpiece in the front room. The airflow from the outside to the
inside is formed in the front room due to the suction effect of the
fan, and the paint mist formed by the spraying is processed through
the spraying room and discharged from the workshop, ensuring that
the workshop and the working environment of the painter are not
polluted by the paint mist. At the same time, the paint mist is
discharged after being treated by water when passing through the
spraying room. The through-type front room is used for large-scale
painting operations of small and medium-sized workpieces. The
workpiece is passed into the spray booth from one side of the spray
booth with a hanging chain and passed out from the other side. The
painter completes the painting work when the workpiece passes
through the front room.
