Description

The fin making machine is used to produce diamond shape fins with flat top for oil coolers. The diamond fin is of an

enhanced strength, which is suitable for production of high pressure oil coolers.

The fin machine is equipped with the following devices: uncoiling device, tensioner, feeder, lubrication system, edge folding device,

fin forming roller, striping wheel, collection wheel, etc. Protection measures such as foil run out detection device, blockage alarm,

cutting fault indicator, fin roller overloading protection, and fault alarm lamp.

The electrical system of the radiator fin machine includes PLC, inverter, AC servo control, and touch screen control. The operator

could set up the parameters on the touch screen.
