Detailed Usage:

Nylon tape is a common wear part of cigarette making machines. Although in some Chinese-made machine it is replaced by tobacco band(aka. steal band). With the help of a vacuum pressure the input cut tobacco is attached to the nylon tape and processed and transferred to the cigarette tongue part where it is released onto the cigarette paper and rolled into rods.

We provide nylon tapes for basically all types of cigarette making machines. Yet for tapes used in below makers and packers, we tend to reserve more in stock, samples and goods alike.

For other types, makers of higher capacities or less common types, including MK9-5, MK10, GD121, GD121 Plus, GD121 Plus Plus, Passim 12000, please contact with us for a certain lead time and delivery details.

Shipping Terms:

Preferred: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR

It had always been our first priority to provide quotation with EXW terms applied price. Still for final shipment the other 3 sets of shipping terms are most recommended. We would like to have the export clearance process done by ourselves since normally we know China’s customs more than our clients do. Also the tax rebate procedure can be more or less simplified if we clear the custom on our own.

For any other sets of shipping terms especially those where export clearance is no more our obligation to see to, please contact with us for further detail negotiation, so as to avoid any discordance.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms are negotiable under following principles:

For products we have in stock, normally we ask for full payment upon ordering.

For products of customized specification, or painted as required, or of special materials, normally we ask for full payment upon ordering.

For regular size wear parts/ consumables/ spares, normally we request 30% payment before sending order to our plant, and the balance before shipment.
