DMC single-machine dust collector is widely used in mining,
electric furnace smelting and other industrial and mining
enterprises, such as warehouse top, bottom and local dust source
dust removal. The single pulse dust collector has the advantages of
small volume, large air handling capacity, compact structure and
convenient use. The structure of DMC series single-machine pulse
bag filter is mainly composed of fan, box, ash removal device and
control system. The single-machine pulse filter is all placed in a
box made of circular steel plate welded. The structure is
scientific and the operation is convenient and reliable. The lower
part of the single pulse dust collector unit with flange is
directly connected to the top of the warehouse, silo, belt conveyor
and other dust lifting equipment to remove dust in situ, and dust
is directly recovered.
The working principle of DMC single-machine dust collector:
When the DMC series pulse single-machine dust collector works, the
dust-containing gas enters the box through the air inlet of the
single-machine pulse dust collector, and the purified gas filtered
through the filter bag of the single-machine pulse dust collector
is directly exhausted by the fan. With the increase of filtering
time, more and more dust accumulated on the filter bag of
single-machine pulse filter increases the resistance of the filter
bag, which results in the decrease of the air handling capacity. In
order to make the single-machine pulse bag filter work normally,
the resistance should be controlled within the range. The filter
bag of single-machine pulse filter should be cleaned up, and the
pulse valves should be triggered sequentially by the pulse
controller to open the pulse valves when the dust is cleaned. The
compressed air in the bag is instantaneously ejected into the
filter bag through the holes from the pulse valve to the nozzle.
The filter bag of the single-machine pulse precipitator expands
sharply in the instant, so that the dust accumulated on the surface
of the filter bag falls off and the filter bag is obtained. Dust
falling and ash hopper cleared by single pulse dust collector are
discharged by ash discharge valve. The dust accumulated on the
filter bag of the single-machine pulse bag filter is periodically
pulsed to clean the dust, so that the purified gas passes through
normally and the dust removal system of the single-machine pulse
bag filter is guaranteed to run.
