3. Injection Molding Machines: We have 43 machines, buyed from Japan Fanuc, Taiwan YiZhan and China HongRui.

4. Processing methods/ technologies: For the automobile mold parts, it is processed by precision grinders and electrical discharge machines.

5. Processing equipments: Milling , Grinding, Wire cutting, EDM, etc.

6. Application: It's assembled on a car mold as a components.

7. Surface treatment: For this mold part, its surface treatment is polishing. And other surface treatments can be available in our factory, such as: PCD caoting, DLC caoting and mirror polishing, etc.

8. Design software: UG, PRO/E ,CATIA, SOLIDWORK, CAD, PDF, etc.

Under advanced manufacturing and inspecting equipment, we adopt severe100% full inspection QC principle to ensure our products of the best quality. According to the requirements of JIS, DIN and AISI standard, our products have the same quality equivalent to the international brand standard, such as, DME, HASCO, MISUMI, PUNCH, STRACK, DANLY, FIBRO, DAYTON etc. Our products’ processing precise is 0.001mm for shank diameter and roundness.
