100% Recycled EPE Extrusion Line, uses 100% recycled LDPE resin. Density about 18 kg. Gives very good hardness, easy thickening (bonding) and good bouncing back.

  PE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line master:  JYD PE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line can give you lower density at nearly any top foaming quality level by 2 - 3 kg/m3. Close mini cell, insured can do well. Better foaming quality than a German Extrusion Line. 

  If 100% recycled LDPE resin, our foam can give you equal foam mini cell, better hardness, good smoothness, good rebound performance.  Also easy for good bonding.
