Product Description
Pall ring packing is a kind of open-hole ring packing with equal
height and diameter. Each layer of window hole has 5 tongues. Each
tongue is curved inwardly to the center of the ring. Holes area
takes about 30% of the total area of the ring wall. It has the
characteristics of large porosity, low pressure drop and mass
transfer unit height, high flood point, sufficient gas-liquid
contact, small specific gravity, and high mass transfer efficiency.
This structure improves the gas-liquid distribution and makes full
use of the inner surface of the ring, so that the gas and liquid in
the packed tower can pass freely through the window.
Product Feature
Pall ring has the advantages of large flux, small resistance, high separation efficiency and large operation flexibility.
Under the same pressure, the treatment capacity can be over 50% higher than that of the raschig ring.
In the same capacity, the pressure can be reduced by half, and the mass transfer efficiency can be increased by about 20%.
Compared with raschig ring, this kind of packing has great capacity of production, small resistance and large elasticity of operation, generally the same pressure drop is 50% to 100% greater than that of the raschig ring., the same treatment when the pressure drop is smaller than raschig ring 50% - 50%, Tower height also has the lowering pressure, the use of pall ring can be about 20%-40% of the packing volume.
