Automatic side load wrap around case / carton packer

Automatoic case packers are suitable to package products both in fully closed wrap around case and in tray with walls up to the product height (high wall tray). this series case packers can run up to 40 packs/min according to the machine model and the product to package.

Description of side load wrap around case / carton packer:

• Magazine for manual flat blank loading – capacity of magazine for 15 minutes working (app. 250 cartons), changing size is made by hand wheel, with Sick indicators – 20 minute changeover time to another format
• Standard machine prepared for wrap around cases and wrap around trays
• Index feeder with stations: loading, forming and closing the case
• Vacuum cups for taking cartons from magazine
• Glue applicator Nordson
• PLC controller Siemens with 10” color touch screen
• SEW main drive
• Product grouping station on servo track – Airtac servo drive
• Double servo track for high speed product grouping, each track works independently. After loading the first servo track and indexing to the unloading station, second track receives the arriving product - Phase Shift Mechanism
• Servo loading arm
• SICK sensors
