Ultrasonic welding vibrator consists of ultrasonic transducer and ultrasonic horn. Ultrasonic welding transducer is a kind of device which can convert high-frequency electric energy into mechanical energy. Ultrasonic welding horn is a passive device, which does not produce vibration itself. It only changes the input vibration of ultrasonic welding transducer and then transmits it to complete impedance transformation.

Common faults of ultrasonic welding transducer:
The ultrasonic vibrator shall be placed in a dry place, so as to prevent the ultrasonic vibrator from being affected by moisture and normal operation. If the ultrasonic vibrator is damped, put it into the oven and set it to 100 ℃ for 2 hours or use the electric blower to remove the damp until the resistance value is normal; if the ultrasonic vibrator is degummed, the output power of the ultrasonic power supply will be normal after the ultrasonic vibrator is degummed, but the vibrator will burn out if it works for a long time due to the poor connection between the vibrator and the vibration surface. Generally, the ultrasonic vibrator degumming shall be conducted by a professional ultrasonic manufacturer Repair or replace.
