The frequency of the ultrasonic welding horn is analyzed and calculated by the professional software according to the material, size, and shape of the workpiece by the ultrasonic manufacturer. The frequency of each welding horn must be tested and matched with the ultrasonic generator and transducer before it is done. Usually, the welding horn of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine frequency is divided into 15KHz, 20KHz, 28KHz, 30KHz, 35KHz, 40KHz, and so on. The higher the frequency is, the shorter the welding horn is, all ultrasonic horns are half wavelength.
