How to install the oil boom fence?

1. Before arranging the booms, the first thing to do is to connect the booms to the required length: attach each 20-meter boom to the required length. When connecting the booms, loop rope and splint can be used, and anchor seat should be set in advance at the position where the anchors are to be used. In addition, the intermediate steel plate and its auxiliary materials had better choose high-quality steel, in order to have a long-term fixed role.

2. Place the connected boom into the water by crane or manually. In order to avoid friction with the quay-wall and ship's side, pad materials such as tarpaulin and fabric can be placed to prevent wear of rubber surface before use to shorten its service life.

3. After launching, the containment boom can be towed to a set position by a tugboat. After connecting with the devices at the wharf, it can be fixed with anchors or floating piles of reasonable weight according to the current conditions at sea to form effective containment control.

4. After the containment boom is successfully completed, the staff shall first remove the connection between the containment boom and the shore wall by the working ship, and then drag the containment boom to the designated position after heaving the anchor; And the whole process of casting and recycling can be completed by winch and winch.
