Guarantee Period: one year, during the Guarantee Period, the seller guarantee to solve all problems may occur due to machine's quality or wrong design, and to provide all necessary spare parts for repair, Seller can send the Technician to Buyer's factory on seller's account if problem is serious and can't be solved by Buyer;

Delivery time: 30-40 working days from the date of receipt of 30% advance payment and the confirmation of embossing pattern

Payment terms:

Deposit: 30% of the total amount have to be paid by T/T as deposit for beginning the manufacturing of the machines

Balance payment: 70% of the payment should be transferred by TT after machine is ready for shipment
