Cable railing assembly
Ready to install the cable assembly is pre-installed and ready for
your application.
Measure the end-post operation from outside to outside and choose
the best solution for your project.
After tensioning, install the cables and field decorative strips.
The cable assembly includes: accessories at both ends of the cable
routing; all necessary washers and fasteners; 1/8" or 3/16"
diameter 316 stainless steel cable; and instructions.
How to order: Determine the material of your railing frame-wood or
metal-and the width or diameter of the end post-the post that will
connect the tensioner and other mounting hardware. Measure the
length of each
Cable routing: add at least 6 inches. Order components in 5 foot
(up to 50 foot) cable length increments to provide enough cables
for each cable channel.
The cable of the railing will be cut to the appropriate length on
site.
Choose end fittings: For straight pipe sections, any cable assembly
provided can be used. For stairs or large slopes, please choose the
200 series with oblique washers or the 500 series with rings or
threaded lugs.
Order mounting tabs. Separate cable cutters, bevel washers and
other accessories-as needed.
