Product Description

DF19 series connector has the following characteristics:

1. The circuit board configuration space is small, the thin design can bear discrete wires,

the thin micro coaxial cable can withstand the thickness of Ø 1.5mm, the maximum

Ø 1.6mm and FPC 1.7mm

2. The connector is universal. The same socket will accept plugs, FPCs or miniature

coaxial cables terminated with discrete conductors

3. Uniform external dimension. When the terminal is assembled with discrete wire,

FPC or micro coaxial cable, the external dimension of plug assembly remains unchanged.

4. Various installation styles, equipment design and installation methods are: top plate,

offset, reverse installation, offset and vertical installation.

5. The metal grounding plate is connected with the common ground wire.

The factory has 15 high-speed automatic machines equipped with cable pressure management device, 40 manual welding equipment, 12 injection molding equipment, automatic USB welding equipment, and other related equipment. During the production process, from cutting line, peeling, making terminal, assembling, visual inspection instrument analysis, welding, and crimping, we always strictly follow the IPC / WHMA - A - 620Bstandard.
