Flute Laminatng Machine Introduction

1. Sense compensation alignment device: use multiple sets of inductors to know the relative position of the bottom line, so that the servo motors on both sides of the paper are independent.

The drive compensates for the alignment of the upper and lower papers, which is precise and smooth;

2. Full-featured electronic control system: application man-machine interface and PLC program light number display, can automatically detect the working condition, abnormal display and work records, electrical planning in line with CE standards;

3. Receiving mechanism: Select the fluffy paper structure, and the finished products after the overlap can be shaken and then pushed again to ensure smooth delivery.

4. Glue roller: Stainless steel roller, never rust, after narrowly grinding, guaranteed the minimum amount glue coated evenly

5. Glue system: Automatic glue complement system, automatic replenishment of losses glue in the process of laminate, and also equipped with glue recycling system

6. Front and back positioning: Unique creation of front gauge positioning system, take advantage of the speed difference of paper feeding and front running, make sure the paper tracking the front gauge and accurately positioning

Top paper feeding unit Consisting of stream feeding suction head,four sets of forwarding suckers ensuring smooth transportation of substrate.

Bottom paper feeding unit The servo motor is used to drive the suction belt to feed the paper, corresponding to A/B/C/D/E/F/N flute, three layers, four layers, five Layer, seven-layer corrugated bottom paper and paperboard, gray board bottom paper are all suitable for smooth and accurate conveying; enhanced mutual pressure suction design, the thickest 1100g bottom paper can be sent .

Positioning unit The use of multiple sets of photoelectric sensor at bottom sheets relative position, control top sheets on both sides of the servo motor to do independent compensation action, so that accurate positioning of top paper and the bottom paper.
