The whole line is controlled by imported PLC, and the touch screen is used for man-machine interface to realize the interaction between human and PLC. Structure

The main machine of the equipment consists of a passive decoiler, a roll forming main machine (including guided feeding, Hydraulic cutting and discharging table) hydraulic system, electronic control system and so on.

The processing process of the equipment roll parts is completed by CNC lathes and other processing machinery, which effectively guarantees the processing accuracy of the parts, and uses various process equipment and testing equipment to ensure the equipment assembly accuracy.
