SMT resistors are small size, high specific resistance, high precision resistors, suitable for surface mount technology (SMT), has been widely used in computer, communications, military, aerospace, digital and consumer electronics and other fields, can effectively reduce the volume and weight of electronic terminal products, and improve product reliability. With the continuous upgrading of computer electronics manufacturing technology, integration of printed circuit boards to improve gradually, following from the exterior flaw visual inspection patch class components on the circuit board for a growing proportion, size and performance requirements for SMT components is becoming more and more strict, especially in the low power consumption, low current and low voltage high density integrated circuit boards. At present, the minimum chip resistance size is about 0.1mm, such a small size, the whole chip components production, testing, installation and other processes put forward high requirements.

Inspection principle:

In order to meet the requirements of visual inspection in the manufacturing process of patch resistance, a visual inspection method for printing defects of positive conductor of patch resistance substrate was proposed considering the high requirement of dimension control accuracy in the printing process.

Through the double mirror reflection, the number of cameras is reduced, reducing the space installation requirements of the visual inspection system and the difficulty of the existing assembly line transformation; The difficulty of mechanical adjustment of the machine vision system can be avoided by correcting the image distortion while detecting the CCD pole of lithium battery.
The system can judge whether the current printing process is qualified by the accurate calculation of the edge of the broken line and the resistance printing paste, which greatly reduces the intensity of manual inspection and improves the qualified rate of the patch resistance manufacturing.

Inspection details:

The inspection machine adopts 14 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and high-performance stroboscopic light sources to carry out omni-directional visual inspections for product appearance defects. The inspection speed is 400-600 pieces/min. The equipment can realize 7*24 hours of all-weather operation, and it can be online automatically. Eliminate substandard products.

The whole set of inspection equipment includes mechanical, visual electronic hardware and inspection system software. The entrance and exit of the equipment are reserved for docking positions to facilitate on-site operations.

Equipment configurations

Mechanical part:The mechanical part is the core component of the system, which carries all the transmission devices and electronic hardware (industrial cameras, light sources, industrial computers, touch screens, electrical boxes, etc.). The conveyor is controlled by a servo motor, and the image capture is accurate. The equipment is equipped with two defective product inlets to separate serious defective products (such as drum bottom, oblique leather tip, etc.) and general defective products.
