Homogenization
Vacuum Emulsifier is professionally designed according to the
cream/paste manufacturing process, introducing advanced technology
from Europe/America. The machine composed of two pre-mixing pot,
vaccum emulsifying pot, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, discharge
system, electric control system and working platform etc. The
machine is easy operation, stable performance, perfect homogenizing
performance, high work efficiency, easy for cleaning, reasonable
structure, occupy small space, highly-automatized.
Features:
1. Complex scraping board blending oar is suitable to every kind of
complicated recipe and achieve optimizing effect;
2. Polytetrafluroethylene scraping board cater to body of blending
groove and scrape out viscosity material on boiler wall;
3. Homogenizer is installed on boiler bottom to increase motor
power more thoroughly and strongly. During fewproduction, it can
exert homogenizing effect fully;
4. Mightiness balance isotactic curve rotor is matched with stator
with corresponding structure to realize liquid high -capability
cut,rubbing,centrifugal to make sure exquisite and slick cream;
boiler body and pipe surface mirror polishing 300EMSH (sanitation
grade) accords with Daily Chemical and GMP regulation.
5. Homogenizing vacuum emulsifier mixer can choose frequency
conversion timing homogenizer and highest rotate speed is 4500
r/min

Process Flow:
a. oil and others ,heated and mixed in Liquid Pot and Oil Pot.
b. Materials ,Sucked into emulsifying pot by vacuum system
c. Stirred by both the center blade and side scraper. Then cut off
in cut-off mixing unit,all in the Emulsifying Pot.
d. The materials are finally crushed into small pellets of
200um~2um.
e. The finished product , pumed out from Discharge Valve
f. Fully in accordance with the GMP standard production and passed
CE certification
