Detailed description
Material: this product uses excellent wear-resistant nitrile rubber
as the basic material, with a skeleton to prevent deformation.
Main uses: to prevent drilling fluid from drilling back, and clean
drilling pipe inner wall drilling fluid, prevent corrosion to
metal.
Hardness: HS(Shore A)=85±5
Tensile strength: ≥ 18.0mpa
Operating temperature: -60 ℃ to 120 ℃
Drill Pipe Wipers are made of specially designed rubber compound having tremendous resistance to cutting, tearing and abrasion. They are
available for water based and oil based drilling mud.
They are available for 5", 3.1/2", 2.3/8" and 2.5/8" drill pipes /
tubings.
