When using the hollow pressure machine suddenly standby, after a few seconds to restart. This happens again and again.

Fault analysis and Troubleshooting

Analysis of air compressor standby reasons under normal conditions:

First, the air pressure of the air compressor storage tank reaches the upper limit of pressure;

Secondly, the external air source is connected to the ventilator. When the fault occurs, the pressure displayed on the compressor of the ventilator does not reach the upper limit value, and there is no external air source to connect people. It is suspected that the control valve of the compressor is faulty. After opening the air compressor, it is found that the control valve is not tightly sucked. The air produced by the compressor will leak when it is fed to the ventilator from the outlet end, and the leaked air will enter the input end of the external air source through the control valve. When the pressure generated by the external air end reaches the switching value, the air compressor misidentifies the air inlet as having external air source access, causing the air compressor to stand by, start the control valve, and switch the compressor to use external air source. Then soon the pressure sensor can detect that there is no external air source continuous input, so the air compressor restarts, and the air compressor will keep repeating. After the control valve is replaced, the fault disappears.
