Use of Ripen Conveyor:

The machine is used to enable the dough belt which is pressed by the composite pressure to be dough made again so that the network of wheat gluten is more denser, the moisture is more uniform, and the noodle quality is more better.

The machine is made up by the aging tank, conveyor chains, chassis and transmission parts. A pole is mounted in the conveyor chains at a certain distance. Dough belt lays on the pole, running with the conveyor chains. Power of the machine comes from the composite monolithic part of the instant noodle machine.
