NH93420 series liquid level transmitter is an all stainless steel design, fully sealed submersible solid piezoresistive liquid level measuring instrument. This product uses high-stability and high-reliability piezoresistive pressure sensors from famous foreign brands, as well as high-precision intelligent transmitter processing circuits. It adopts precise digital temperature compensation technology and nonlinear correction technology to The bit signal is converted into a standard electrical signal output. The waterproof cable is sealed with the casing, and the ventilation tube is in the cable, which can be used in liquid for a long time. The integrated structure and standardized signal output provide convenience for on-site use and automatic control. The product works in a two-wire system, with small size, light weight, easy installation and convenient use. It is suitable for liquid level measurement and control in the fields of petroleum, chemical, power plants, urban water supply, and water temperature exploration.


Liquid Level Transmitter Working Principle


The level transmitter consists of a special gas-conducting cable with a built-in capillary hose, a pressure-resistant connector and a probe. The probe construction of the submersible level gauge is a stainless steel barrel with a diaphragm at the bottom and covered by a perforated plastic housing. The liquid level measurement is actually the difference between the static pressure of the liquid on the probe and the actual atmospheric pressure, and then the pressure difference is converted into a 4~20mA output signal by a ceramic sensor (attached to the stainless steel film) and electronic components.

When the static pressure liquid level transmitter is put into a certain depth in the liquid to be measured, the pressure formula on the liquid surface of the sensor is: PA=p*g h+Pa The liquid level formula is obtained: h=PA-Po/p *g

At the same time, the pressure of the liquid is introduced into the positive pressure chamber of the sensor through the air-conducting stainless steel, and then the atmospheric pressure on the liquid surface is connected to the negative pressure chamber of the sensor to offset the Po on the back of the sensor, so that the pressure measured by the sensor is: PA-Po =p*g-h

If the liquid density is uniform, the static pressure difference is proportional to the liquid level height.
