Process Details :

1 . Raw material feeding and cleaning process.

The sieve acts as a pre-filter to remove impurities.

Stone removers remove small stones and broken material

2 . Adding water and cooking process

Add water tank---add water screw---water storage tank (soaking time depends on the moisture of raw corn)

The cooking tank parboils the corn and guarantees moisture for optimum flaking conditions.

3 . Flaking ,Cooling & Drying

Flaking mill will produce flaking pieces , then enter dryer & cooler with hot and cool air to reduce moisture and tempreture .

4 . Finished Products Packing
