Product Introduction

Hot-dip galvanizing is the reaction of molten metal with an iron substrate to produce an alloy layer, thereby combining the substrate and the plating layer. Hot-dip galvanizing is to pickle iron and steel parts first. In order to remove iron oxide on the surface of iron and steel parts, after pickling, it is cleaned in an ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or a mixed solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride.And then sent to the hot-dip plating bath. Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.

Stainless steel sheet plate surface is bright and clean, have higher plasticity toughness and mechanical strength, acid and alkali corrosion of gas solution, and other media. It is a kind of not easy rusty steel. stainless steel plate is refers to the atmospheric steam and water resistance and other weak medium corrosion of steel.

Performance
1. Corrosion resistance
Mainly used in high-temperature applications, which require strong resistance to sensitization of the material to prevent intergranular corrosion at lower temperatures.
2. High-temperature oxidation resistance
Stainless steel plates are all resistant to high-temperature oxidation, however, the oxidation rate will be affected by inherent factors such as exposure environment and product form.
3. Properties
It is a high-strength stainless steel plate with a structure with a volume fraction of more than 12% martensite, high strength of more than 730MPa, corrosion resistance and bending performance, and excellent toughness in the welding heat-affected zone. Reuse of Mo, B, etc., can significantly improve the stamping performance of the welded part.
