Inspection background

The seaweed defect detection system developed by KEYE TECH based on machine vision image processing technology has the characteristics of high precision, high speed and multi-sample. This program is divided into two production lines for testing. Each production line has one area array inspection and two line array inspections. The area scan camera detects the holes and ruler pairs of the product; the line scan camera detects the foreign objects on the front and back of the product respectively. The vision module is installed on the detection position. When the seaweed reaches the detection position, the vision module performs image detection and transmits the signal to the control module, and outputs the judgment signal through the communication module.

The stamping parts detection system mainly detects abnormal conditions such as geometric dimensions, lack of terminals, missing punches, and fractures of stamping parts, and can prompt an alarm or control the machine to stop. After testing the stamping parts that do not meet the requirements, a control signal can be output to reject the unqualified products.
