Our new design chaff cutter machine has Long, medium, short 3 gears .It is very easy to change the gear.So the operator can cut the straw into different lengths according to different eating habits of the animal.

Structure of Chaff Cutter:

The main structure of the chaff cutter is composed of automatic feeding mechanism, power transmission mechanism, cutting, kneading and throwing mechanism, walking mechanism and safety protection device.
1. Automatic feeding mechanism: feeding chain, sprocket, feeding guard plate, feeding roller and support;
2. Power transmission mechanism: spindle and spindle wheel, motor pulley, transmission sprocket, chain, gear, transmission shaft, universal shaft and connecting pin of connecting sleeve, etc.
3. Hydrate cutting, kneading and throwing mechanism: fixed knife bed, fixed blade, cutter head, moving blade, throwing material elbow, etc.
