Channel letter sign is a type of 3d signage composed of individually crafted acrylic and metallic letterings. The sign is typically applied for outdoor on commercial buildings. The text on the signs is illuminated from inside of the letters. They are visible in day and night and create a 3D effect to the building facade. A typical channel letter sign has three parts: face, returns, and trim cap. These compose each letter in the text. The surface of the frames know as the face. The side of the letters we call return, and the trim cap is blind the returns and face together.

Standard channel letter sign are inlaid with leds to illumianted the face. The sides and backing are generally made of aluminum. The front part is made of translucent acrylic, alumium or stainless steel depending on the illuminated effect you like. If your logo is gradual coloring, normally we will use UV printing way to create the most approching effect with your logo.

We need to charge for sample cost, but it can be refundable if you purchase quantity which are large enough.

How to install the sign ?

• If the sign without LED

Use silicon sealant to attach the sign to wall or screw on wall.

• If the sign with LED

Need to make holes for wire connecting from backside, then use silicon sealant to attach the sign to install board is okay.
