The composition of resin channel letter sign

Resin channel letter sign are composed of three parts: metal shell, filling material and illuminated light source. The shell part is made of plastic (ABS) injection molding or metal bending plate (iron sheet, stainless copper, titanium, etc.) welding molding: the filling material in the shell is a liquid resin casting molding: the light source adopts ultra-high brightness Leds.

The resin channel letter sign shell ensures the casting of the filling material and its solid form, and effectively reflects the internal light to avoid waste of light energy: the filling material ensures the penetration and uniform diffusion of the light: light emitting diodes (LED) and circuits are installed at the bottom of the letter. Fixed, the diode (LED) emits light through the cured and molded resin to produce transparency, refraction, and reflection, so as to achieve a good diffusion effect, so that the light can maintain brightness and uniformity during the penetration of the resin. The finished product has a smooth surface and a complete structure.There is no splicing trace with the shell, and it emits light evenly, with bright colors.
