Titanium is a lightweight metal and has some special and practical performance.

It has half density of steel, a similar tensile strength to steel, high melting point,resist corrosion and non magnetic. Titanium now is common around the world, being mined in Australia,South Africa,China,India,USA and Canada. We had produced many metal parts by titanium GR5/TC4 more than 200 projects since 2007 for our clients from all over the world.

Pure titanium has extremely high corrosion resistance in most media, especially in neutral, oxidizing, and seawater media. The corrosion resistance in seawater is higher than that of aluminum alloys, stainless steels and nickel-based alloys; despite several years in industrial, agricultural environments and marine atmosphere, the surface does not undergo any changes.
Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, orthophosphoric acid and some hot organic acids have a strong corrosive effect on titanium; especially hydrochloric acid. Regardless of the concentration or temperature, it has a strong corrosive effect. Therefore, hydrofluoric acid is a commonly used corrosive agent in the preparation of titanium and titanium alloy metallographic samples, and it is also the main component of the pickling solution.
Titanium is extremely stable to various concentrations of nitric acid and chromic acid, and is also very resistant to corrosion in alkaline solutions and most organic acids and compounds.
