The compact screw ship unloader is specifically designed for unloading bulk materials which is applied to seaport, it`s widely applied to handle grain, cement, and some other bulk materials. This kind of ship unloaders are mainly used for unloading varies of vessls.

One of the most important advantage of the screw ship unloader is that the convey system of the ship unloader is by using total enclosed screw conveyor, so there will be no dust to emission when unloading the vessel. It`s environment firendly.

The screw ship unloader is mainly composed of gantry, turntable, horizontal screw, vertical screw and feeder.

The mobile screw ship unloader is characterized by its traveling mechanism, which can walk along the track laid at the wharf apron. It unloads the cargo hold of seagoing ships with the cooperation of the actions of walking, turning, pitching and swinging. The discharged materials can not only be unloaded on the belt conveyor parallel to the quay shoreline, but also transferred to the belt conveyor that can pitch around the hinge point at the end of the gantry and directly deliver the materials to the storage yard.

The mobile screw ship unloader is applicable to coastal and inland ports with vertical quays, and the target ships are various bulk cargo ships. The mobile screw ship unloader has been used successfully in the loading and unloading process system of special terminals for bulk cargo such as cement, fertilizer, grain and coal, and has increasingly proved to be an economic and efficient ship unloading equipment.
