Intro:

RS-901K is an automatic radial lead forming machine, it can work for LED, capacitor, varistor, transistors, bridge, etc. It is specially for bending 90 degrees, and front-rear kink forming.

Note: The vibration bowl can detect LED polarity by two leg length difference.

Suitable:

LED L shape bending. LED leads cutting and bending can be finished at same time. For different size LED, need to change grippers. For different forming shapes, can change forming die.

★Applicable: Loose LEDs can be cut and formed at one time. Other components such as vertical components such as bridge stacks, capacitors, electrolytic capacitors, safety capacitors, square capacitors, triodes, etc., can be used with vibrating plates for related components for vibration feeding. This equipment is usually formed at 90 degrees. Cut long or short feet/Punch back and forth K (no left and right K)/180 degrees, etc. According to the shape and size of the material, replace the corresponding fixture and order the vibrating plate of the related components, according to Molding shape replacement mold.
