Product Description
WL Allotech NiCrBSi 22 powder offers superior wear protection, melting point is 1925°F(1050℃) with significant resistance to oxidation, and it offers outstanding metallurgical and physical properties making them ideally suited to solving wear mechanisms such as abrasion, erosion, corrosion and high-temperatures encountered in service.

Surface Preparation
Surface should be clean, white metal, with no oxides (rust), dirt,
grease, or oil on the
surface to be coated. Note: It is best not to handle surfaces after
cleaning.
Recommended method of preparation is, to grit blast with 24 mesh
aluminum oxide,
rough grind, or rough machine in a lathe.
