B12 Series Valves: A wide range of chemical applications for a wide range of gases and liquids. Suitable for many occasions such as instrument test systems, gas processing systems, etc.

Features

·Valve diameter: 5mm

·Working pressure: 400Bar

·Maximum working temperature: PTFE sealing packing is 200 ° C; graphite sealing packing is 500 ° C

· Stem seal: three forms available 1) PTFE packing (standard configuration) 2) graphite packing 3) bellows seal (zero leakage)

• The sealing packing is located at the lower part of the stem thread to protect the stem threads, ensuring that the valve can be used at temperatures up to 500 °C.

·The valve stem and the valve head are of a split structure. When the valve stem rotates, the valve head only moves up and down without rotating, which can prolong the service life of the valve head.

·The bellows seal structure can be provided, and the leakage at the stem is almost zero, reaching the ultra-low leakage of 1×10-8 mbar l/s required by the nuclear power plant.
