YLK chemical safety cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the whole body is electrostatically sprayed with resin. An anti-leakage tank is installed in the cabinet, and an electrostatic grounding wire is provided to prevent the corrosion and explosion of the cabinet caused by liquid and static electricity. It can be optional equipped with an IoT remote control module to realize remote query and monitoring functions. It owns the functions of intelligent remote control,exhaust gas purification, anti-corrosion and fire prevention.

Product Features

1.All the steel plates are constructed of double-layer fire-proof steel plates.

2. The high-quality steel plate with thickness greater than 1.2mm is adopted. After spot welding, the service life is up to 10 years,with high-quality fire safety.

3. The interior of the cabinet is sprayed with epoxy resin and then treated with high temperature to prevent the corrosion of chemical substances at the work site.

4. External structure: two ventilation holes of fire prevention device are installed on both sides of the safety cabinet. The three-point linkage door lock and electronic code lock are more safe and convenient.

Access Instructions for Hazardous Chemicals

1. The cabinet cannot be storaged for a long time.

2. The safety cabinet should be dedicated, and non-hazardous chemicals cannot be storaged in it.

3. The storage container should be in good condition.

4. The volatile corrosive gas should be tightly sealed with corks and placed on the upper layer in order to discharge.

5. It should be storaged in different layer or cabinet according to the chemical properties of oxidizing agent, reducing agent, strong acid, strong base, etc.

6. The hazardous chemicals with different characters should be stored separately.

7. It is strictly forbidden to store toxic cabinet together with inorganic oxidants and strong acids.

8. The safety cabinet must be kept by two person, including accessing, using and locking. It should be recorded truthly the access with real-name registration.

9. The hazardous chemicals that is stored for long time and must be scrapped, as well as the waste liquid in the liquid pan at the bottom of cabinet must be cleaned up in timely and destroyed at appointed location according to the hazardous chemical by a particular person. It can not directly poured into the sewer or ordinary trash cans.

10. In principle, flammable safety cabinet and toxic safety cabinet is only suitbale for short-term storage chemicals. If mixed storage, please be sure there is no chemical reaction between them.
