The double-sided automatic labeling machine is suitable for double-sided or single-sided labeling of square or flat objects.

Features
1. The plastic belt can be tilted and the eight-dimensional space of the header can be adjusted. Any product can be adjusted within a few minutes.
2. Chinese and English operation interface, random help system, the operator can use it with a little training, the pressure belt is connected with the main gear, which ensures the absolute synchronization of the two conveyor belts without any adjustment.
3. The host adopts 750W high-power high-precision ultra-small inertia servo motor to realize real closed-loop control, avoiding the error of ordinary stepping motor, high-precision subdivision, built-in counter-value encoder, and further improve accuracy.
4. The specially designed plastic shaping mechanism ensures the accurate positioning of the objects to be attached and achieves accurate labeling.
5. Multi-channel synchronizer design can automatically detect the accurate positioning of the attached object and achieve accurate labeling.
6. The label is smoothed by scraper, non-powered sponge roller is pressed, power sponge roller is squeezed and other processes to complete a labeling, no bubble generation, especially suitable for frosted bottles with transparent labels.
7. It is possible to install a roll-on device and at the same time achieve automatic labeling of round bottles.
